Return & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale orders placed with WearHit International. Please read carefully before placing your order.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive items that are defective or damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and order details to support your claim.

  • We will replace defective or damaged items or provide a credit/refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the buyer are not eligible for return.

4. Return Procedure

  • Contact us at wearhitintl@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back.

  • Ship the items to the address provided by our support team.

5. Refunds

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] using the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged items).

7. Exchanges

  • We do not provide direct exchanges. A returned item can be refunded, and a new order can be placed separately.
