2. Defective or Damaged Items

We will replace defective or damaged items or provide a credit/refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.

Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the buyer are not eligible for return.
4. Return Procedure

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any items back.

5. Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Shipping Costs
